FAQ

Questions homeowners usually have.

Do you file the appeal for me?

No. Our proposed service provides research, valuation analysis, written appeal-support materials, and filing information. The property owner reviews and files their own appeal and communicates directly with the relevant government agency.

Are you a law firm or appraisal firm?

No. We do not provide legal representation or a licensed appraisal. The service is intended to provide property research, comparable-sales analysis, and document-preparation support. Service scope may vary by jurisdiction.

Does ordering a package guarantee my assessment will be reduced?

No. Assessment decisions are made by the applicable assessor, board, or other government body. We focus on presenting relevant market evidence clearly; no outcome is guaranteed.

What if the initial review doesn't show a good reason to appeal?

That's the purpose of the FREE screening. We don't want you purchasing a full package when the available evidence doesn't appear to support a meaningful valuation challenge.

Can I see a sample of what I will receive?

Yes. View our sample property assessment appeal package PDF. It shows the format of a typical package: Page 1 is a ready-to-use homeowner appeal letter, followed by organized supporting valuation and comparable-sales documentation. The sample uses a fictional property and fictional sales.

How long does it take?

We aim to complete your FREE initial assessment review within 24 hours of receiving the information we need. If the evidence supports a potential appeal and you order the full package, we aim to deliver your completed analysis and appeal-support materials within an additional 24 hours. More complex properties or incomplete records may require additional time, and we will let you know if that happens.
